A Big Splash"Shut up and get in the boat!" James said to his little brother Albus as he started his first year at Hogwarts.

The wind blew and the lake looked gloomy and he saw a swish of a tentacle in the water that belonged to the Giant Squid. The water looked like an inky blackness below him and the wind did not help at all when it came to his nervousness. The boat that Rose had gotten in was banging up against the dock.

"I don't want to!" Albus yelled. "I don't want to fall in the lake and get eaten by the Giant Squid." I want to go back home with Mum and Dad!"

"Oh you're just nervous. Be a Potter and face this with all of your heart and courage!"

Dib lay on the bed and looked at the photo album he had. Only hours ago he had broken up with Tak. At the time it was a mutual thing. Dib open his photo album and looked at the pictures. " This can't be the end!" Dib sobbed. Each picture was a stab in the heart. Tak was the first girl to care about him. She thought he was smart. She was the girl he loved, even if she was Irken. The first picture he saw was of them at a day at the fair. Tak was holding a miniature dog.

"Sorry I couldn't win you a bigger prize." Dib sai

After hearing the latest facepalm worthy argument against gay marriage "But relationships are for procreation" I had to make this. If you get into a relationship for kids only, that is selfish and can hurt the kid. They know mommy and daddy don't love each other.

This is so true! I'm with my BF because I love him and connect with him! Not because I see him as a wallet and sperm donor!

And yeah, drooling shitting babies are a turnoff!

Many Christians don't realize that God made men and women for each other to work together in life, and children are a blessing, not an exact expectation. While children are a wonderful result and a blessing, they are not the sole purpose of a relationship. God gives them to couples as a gift; people who take kids for granted like that are ignorant of the gift that they are.

haha, thanks. I just wish people would respect children as blessings, not an expectation or a hindrance. While I plan on having many kids myself (and later take in foster care kids), I will be grateful for any amount of kids I will be blessed with, whether it's none at all or a whole bunch.

Exactly! If that's the whole friggin reason for a relationship to ever exist, then how come nobody dumps or kills the kids when it's all over? Ironically, many of the longest-lasting relationships/marriages are the ones that are CF... A person shouldn't have to make a little demon with another person just to prove their relationship is valid, that's bullcrap!
