Both parties are essentially ignoring the purpose of the Office's to which their candidates get elected to.


Less interested in Representing People, more interested in having & keeping power.

And definitely making it to difficult for 3rd party/independent candidate's to succeed. (Though those who get through, also need to be supported so they can focus on their job. Not on the next campaign. )
